Miss Winnipesaukee 1946 Chosen at The Weirs (pageant held Tuesday August 20th)
Barbara Casey, daughter of Mr. And Mrs. James J. Casey of Milton, Mass. and The Weirs, joined the procession of beautiful girls who vying for the title of Miss Winnipesaukee last night. The 22-year old secretary, who is spending the summer at The Weirs was presented the 1946 cup by Miss Winnipesaukee 1940, Mildred Gardner of Albany, N.Y. Miss Gardner, a guest at Pine Bank lodge at The Weirs, operates a beauty shop in which she has five operators.
